Supporting organisations to create an accessible and inclusive screen industry

Inclusion has always been at the heart of my work, whether that is supporting disabled contributors on-screen, sharing stories from the edges of society, or creating opportunities for disabled people to start their career in TV.

My experience across all areas of the industry enables me to understand the unique challenges of TV production and offer practical solutions and empowering training.

Why Me

I began my career on the Channel 4 Production Training Scheme, aimed at supporting under-represented talent into the TV industry. The placement took me to Glasgow, where I spent over a decade producing factual content, from the revival of Ready Steady, Cook, to current affairs and investigative content including Question Time, and Watchdog.

With first hand experience of the industry and the barriers it presents, I returned to thinkBIGGER! who delivered the Channel 4 training Scheme where I got my start.

Here, I supported the next generation of trainees to join the industry, and delivered training and consultancy as Disability Lead. In 2024 I was appointed Project Lead of the TV Access Project, an alliance of the ten largest broadcasters and streamers in the UK, leading the collaboration towards the goal of full inclusion by 2030.

I sit on the board for Disability Arts Online, was named a One to Watch at 2023’s Edinburgh TV Festival and received the ITV Studios Achievement of the Year award at the 2025 Women in Film and TV Awards.
